A: All VelouraKids items are handmade and made-to-order. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and shipping is:

• Poland: 1–5 days
• EU: 3–10 days
• Ukraine: 5–15 days

Q2: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Shipping is available across Poland, the EU, and Ukraine. Taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q3: Can I request a custom size or color?
A: Absolutely! Contact us at support@velourakids.store to discuss customizations.

Q4: How should I care for my handmade baby clothes?
A: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, do not bleach. Each piece is delicate and deserves gentle care.

Q5: Can I return my order?
A: Because all items are handmade and made-to-order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
