Made-to-Order & Handmade Items
- All items are handmade and made-to-order, which means each piece is unique.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velourakids.store.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-sized items
- Handmade knitwear that has been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only possible for wrong size or defective items.
- Contact us at support@velourakids.store within 7 days of delivery.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective.
- Because our items are handmade, minor variations in color, size, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
