Product Information & Handmade Nature
- All items are handmade and made-to-order, resulting in unique pieces. Minor variations in color, size, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are in EUR (or store currency) and exclude any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
- Buyers are responsible for any taxes or import charges in their country.
Order Acceptance
- Orders are accepted once payment is processed via Shopify Payments.
- VelouraKids reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or payment errors.
Shipping & Returns
- Shipping policy and return/refund policy are detailed on our Shipping & Returns pages.
- Handmade items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
